This Privacy Policy describes how L Square Design & Build ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ADU Estimate Engine ("the App") at app.lsquareadu.com.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Your name and email address (from your Google account)
• A Gmail access token to send proposal emails on your behalf

We also store estimate and project data that you enter into the App.

If you submit an ADU consultation request, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property location, project notes, SMS consent status, and related message history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the App
• To send proposal emails to clients on your behalf via Gmail
• To store and manage ADU project estimates
• To respond to ADU consultation requests, schedule appointments, and coordinate estimates

3. Gmail Access

The App requests permission to send emails via your Gmail account (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send). This permission is used only to send ADU proposal emails to your clients. We do not read, store, or share your email content or inbox.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

5. SMS Privacy

If you choose to receive SMS messages from L Square Design & Build, we use your mobile number only for your ADU inquiry, project follow-up, appointment scheduling, estimate coordination, and customer care. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of L Square CRM ("the App"), operated by L Square Design & Build, a licensed general contractor (CSLB #1095476).

1. Use of the App

The App is an internal project management tool for authorized team members and clients of L Square Design & Build. Access is granted by invitation only.

2. Google API Services

The App uses Google API Services to send emails on behalf of authorized users. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. L Square Design & Build is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

5. SMS Terms

The L Square Design & Build ADU Consultation SMS Program sends messages to users who opt in through our public ADU consultation form. Messages may include ADU inquiry follow-up, appointment scheduling, estimate coordination, and responses to customer questions.

• Message frequency varies based on your project and requests.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Reply HELP for help or email info@lscontractor.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an ADU consultation request.
